University of Arizona, Tucson

Applications for the next year before Christmas.
The university English department has an exchange with Arizona. Each year, we host about 3 students from Arizona in the English department, French department, or the German department and we send three to six students to Tucson. Students pay for transportation, room and board, but they don't have to pay their tuition fees.
University of North Georgia
